1. Content on this domain

The site is made of three things: checklists and explanations drafted by our editors, plain interface graphics such as switches and icons, and links. Not one of them shows actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, and no person took part in making them.

2. No producer, no records

Because this domain originates no visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct, we do not qualify as a producer as defined in 18 U.S.C. 2257, 2257A or 28 C.F.R. Part 75. For that reason there are no performer records to keep and no custodian of records to name.

3. Embedded chat and outside platforms

The "Live chat" tab on the start pages may later show a chat from a partner, and certain links point to adult webcam services operated by other businesses. Those businesses create and broadcast their own streams. Confirming the identity and age of their performers and keeping the required documents is their legal duty, and their own compliance statements say where those records are held.

4. Minimum age

The checklist addresses people who are 18 or over, or the age of majority in their country if that is higher. If you come across anything linked from here that might involve a minor, notify the platform and the NCMEC CyberTipline, then tell us through the support form; the link will be removed at once.
